Emvera Technologies, LLC (“Emvera”): designs, re-labels, distributes and sells aesthetic and medical equipment, primarily lasers and energy devices. Our business model centers on the customer, offering programs that do not commonly exist with other aesthetic industry OEMs, such as transferable warranties, trade-in programs, guaranteed ownership costs, reasonably priced peripherals and spare parts, minimal consumables, lifetime customer service and training, and pre-approved financing. Mr. Fuller has over 27 years in entrepreneurship, business management, business administration and product sales, having founded five different successful companies. He has since profitably sold three of the companies and is currently involved in his fourth and fifth ventures, Emvera and Encore Lasers. Encore Lasers was formed in 2000 and partnered with Lasermax Services, Inc., prior to Emvera’s acquisition of Encore Lasers in 2012. Mr. Fuller recognized additional cosmetic device opportunities and invented two different microderm abrasion products, which have been featured on two nationally broadcast television programs, The Doctors and Dr. OZ. In addition to inventing the Microclear Vortex and Personal Microderm Device (PMD) he also directed the product manufacturing in Asia.
Over the past 25 years, Mr. Labertew has been a trusted legal advisor and business consultant for individuals and small to medium sized businesses in the United States and abroad. He has assisted domestic and foreign companies and individuals in expanding globally and in the U.S., and has advised dozens of emerging companies in their transition from a private company to a public issuer of securities, via public and private offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and business reorganizations. He has served clients in a wide range of industries, including software development, pharmaceutical, medical devices, oil & gas production, internet architecture and infrastructure, semiconductors devices, and dozens of additional service providers and product manufacturers. His former clients span the U.S. and the globe, including Canada, The United Kingdom, Continental Europe, Hong Kong, China, Thailand, India, Panama, Mexico, U.A.E., Australia and the majority of the 50 states.
Mr. Brown has over 20 years of global experience managing teams as a consultant with a Big 4 consulting firm, as a senior manager with Fortune 50 corporations, the Department of Defense and active duty US Air Force. Mr. Brown’s expertise encompasses vendor selection, outsourcing and off-shoring, organizational development, the full lifecycle of software development and business process engineering. He has been responsible for product development, profit & loss (P&L), and revenue protection and growth of multiple products ranging from 3-12 million dollars annual accountability. Mr. Brown has directed solutions development and delivery in logistics, financial services, telecommunications, airlines and automotive industries.
Dr. Jeffords brings an unusual perspective, depth of knowledge and experience to the practice of plastic surgery and aesthetics. He was named one of Atlanta's "Top Doctors" by Atlanta Magazine, and is one of fewer than fifty surgeons in the U.S. with his unique background of dentistry and plastic surgery. Dr. Jeffords received his D.D.S. from Emory University, his M.D. at Eastern Virginia Medical School, his general practice residency at Harvard University and his plastic surgery residency at University of Pittsburgh. Dr. Jeffords is also an accomplished musician and a member of the Atlanta Symphony Chorus.
